Service Description

Deep Tissue Massage helps to release chronic muscle tension such as, stiff neck, upper/lower back pain, sore/tight shoulders and leg tightness. This technique is used to reach the deeper layers of the muscle and fascia. This is accomplished by using medium to firm pressure, slow focused strokes, direct pressure and friction on problem areas. The massage starts off with Swedish Massage in order to properly warm up the muscles. *Ask about aromatherapy options to help with muscle aches.
