Swedish Massage is the best-known type of massage performed. The main goal is to provide relaxation, renewed energy, enhanced circulation, relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility and a sense of body connection. This technique may use a combination of light to medium pressure, rhythmic flows, light tapping, slight movement of the joints, soft rolling and kneading of the soft tissue. All movements are in the direction of the heart. *Aromatherapy is a great add-on for that extra relaxation or pick me up.
